2 Mile Middle School Race and Open / Club Team Race
Race on the Cedar Park Cross Country Course after the High School athletes.
Event # 9 ~ 11:45 am start
Help raise funds for the CPHS XC team and trail maintenance while enjoying the
festivities!
Top 15 overall finishers receive medals.
Individually Timed and Ranked $20. Medals to top 15 finishers. Please see

7. HS Girls - 2 mile (unlimited)
8. JV/Open Boys 5K (unlimited)
9. Open / Club Teams / Middle Schoolers
MEET COURSE:
A crushed granite/grass trail in a wooded area behind the school that finishes on the
track in the stadium.

o Course is subject to change as we get closer to the event. Alternate course is
available if there are heavy rains.

Team Championship Trophy (All Events)
Individual Medals for top 15 (all races)
Open / Club Teams / Middle Schoolers Top 15 overall
o Special recognition for Top Middle School Boy & Girl Overall Winner
ENTRIES/COST:
High School Races $100.00 per Team per Event or $15 per individual.

OTHER NOTES:
Parking Please have busses enter from front of high school off Cypress Creek Blvd and
drop off athletes at track and then proceed to parking lot area this will help greatly with traffic
flow.
Team Tent Area Please have team tents set up behind the track stands and around the
grass field area of track. Please keep spikes and teams off the black top area.
Spectators Course is spectator friendly with lots of chances to see athletes race. We
also have stands in the track area where they finish to get a great view of the race to the
finish line as they enter the track.
Event T-Shirts There will be event t-shirts on site for sale
Concessions Breakfast tacos, hot dogs and other concession items for sale. We will
also have Kona Ice stopping mid / late morning as it starts to warm up.
Coach Hospitality Tent we will have a Coach Hospitality tent next to the announcers,
timers and registration on the inside of the track.
Water/Trainers we will have trainers available at finish line and water gators. We will
not be handing out water to finishers so please make sure your teams have ample water as
it can get hot.
