Course: Flat and fast, mowed grass crossing a few sidewalks.
Check in: 6:00-7:00am
Awards: 1st place Trophies for each division
Individual awards for the first 20 finishers per divisions
Races: 7:00am rolling start
Varsity Girls 5K (10 per school)
Varsity Boys 5K (10 per school)
JV Girls 5K (unlimited)
JV boys 5K (unlimited)
High School Girls 3200 (unlimited)
Junior High Girls 3200
Junior High Boys 3200
If you have a girls that cant complete the 5K in 30 min please run them in the 3200.
Fees: $80 per team $300 max per school
$20 per Individual
$125 per Junior High
All entries will be done through athletic.net
