Meet Information
Hello Coaches,
I would like to invite your to our 2020 meet at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock, TX on September 26th if Covid will allow.
All information can be found on our website: http://www.mcneiltrackxc.com/ after July 10th. We are still in the process of updating to our new site.
Registration will be on Direct Athletics starting July 1st.
Attached is the meet schedule and race rules. We have made some changes in order to better ensure the Gold race division is truly elite by making it more of an application process. We would like to only have the top 100 times entered into the division, however we are not opposed to going a little over to allow full teams in and/or runners who are very close in time. That decision will be made solely at our discretion. Please use the Google link provided to submit your Gold race request. We are setting a deadline of September 1st to do so. You will then receive a response from us letting you know if your athlete/team has made the race. Those who do not will be asked to register for the Silver division. In regards to team entries into the Gold division, if 3 of your runners make the qualifying time we will allow the entire team to enter. We will have responses back to you by September 8th so you will have time to finish your registration. Please do not enter any athletes into the Gold or Silver division without receiving confirmation from us. We will be deleting those.

Thank you and hopefully we will be able to put on a full meet this year! We will follow the guidelines and restrictions of UIL, Travis County, and RRISD in regards to number limitations of group events. If we have to make any changes we will do our best to inform you in a timely manner. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
