Del Valle Invitational '21

I would like to welcome you to the Del Valle High Cross Country Invitational. We will be hosting the meet at Del Valle High School, on August 28, 2021, starting at 8 am. We will begin with the varsity girls and will have a rolling schedule following, except the Freshman division there will be a wave start, of 10 minutes.
Order of Events:
Varsity Girls 8:00 am
Varsity Boys
Open Girls
Open Boys
Freshman Girls &Freshman Boys will be run togather
Meet Entry Limits:
Online Registration: Registration Closes Thursday, August 26th at 10pm, through Mile Split. We will allow 10 entries for varsity and unlimited entries for the open and freshman divisions.
Warm Up Area: The warm up area will be on the Soccer Field behind the stadium. Please keep your athletes off of the football field until the start of their race.
Team Area: There is no assigned areas, you can set up on the stadiums, under the stadiums, on the soccer field, but please help me out by keeping your team areas clean. If you need a trash bag, there will be extras in the hospitality for you to take.
Awards: Awards will go out to the top 20 finishers, 1st- 3rd place team trophies for varsity, and 1st place trophies for open and freshman.
Restrooms: Restrooms are located in both field houses.
Hospitality: Hospitality will be in the girls' track and xc locker room for coaches and volunteers only.
Buses: Our Front Parking is finally done, so we can use the front parking lot for pick up and drop of this year.
Spectators: Spectators will be allowed this year. If you have any spectators watching from the canal, please remind them they can only stand on the inside lane of the canal, and they need to stay out of the way of the athletes.
