All participating schools will be emailed details for entries.
Entering Times - This meet will host some of the best track and field athletes in the state of Texas and the nation. A
reminder to help make the invitation to this meet one that is coveted is that we are all on the same page when it comes
to entries. Please do not put in times that have not been achieved this year or without FAT. Entered times will be
checked through http://tx.milesplit.com/ and www.ttfca.org for accuracy. In order to ensure proper lane assignments
in individual heats it is important for procedure to be followed. We all want our athletes to be rewarded for
performance and given the chance to reach peak performance. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Participating Teams - Invitation Only
Entry Fees: $50.00 per team or $100.00(boys/girls) Make checks payable to Humble ISD Athletics and
handed to us at the meet
Refund Policy: Please understand that we cannot control the weather, vendors must be paid in advance thus Meet fees
will not be refunded if the meet is started, and then cancellation is deemed necessary for the safety of all athletes.
General Information:
1. Map(s) for bus parking, campsites, and warm up area for athletes are on the last page of the packet.
2. Please remind all athletes that tape will not be allowed on the track or runways.
3. Athletes may warm up ONLY outside the track facility. No athletes will be permitted on the infield for warm
up. The Summer Creek High School Practice Fields will be utilized for warm ups.
4. Remind all athletes to stay out of baseball, softball, and tennis facilities.
5. Only three entries will be allowed per individual event and one entry per relay event
6. The Boys high jump will start at 58 and will be raised 2
7. The Girls high jump will begin at 48 and will be raised 2
8. The Boys Pole Vault height will begin at 100, and will be raised 6 at a time.
9. The Girls Pole Vault height will begin at 70, and will be raised 6 at a time.
10. The Boys Long Jump will be marked at 190 and Girls Long Jump will be marked at 150. Anything below
will be considered a scratch.
11. The Boys Triple Jump will be marked at 390 and Girls Triple Jump will be marked at 300. Anything
below will be considered a scratch.
12. The Boys Discus will be marked at 1200 and Girls Discus will be marked at 800. Anything below will be
considered a scratch.
13. The Boys Shot Put will be marked at 420 and Girls Shot Put will be marked at 250. Anything below will
be considered a scratch.
14. Entries will done through Milesplit Online. You will receive a link and password about one week prior
to the meet
15. If you have any questions, my contact information is: 713.443.4660, please leave a message with your phone
number on the recorder so that we can return your call.
16. Coaches Meeting will begin at 2:30 p.m.
e. Designated area for team camps at least 25 ft apart & away from spectators. Buses can be used as team
camp location
f. No athletes in the bleachers
