Packet Pickup: Bib numbers and course maps will be available for pickup at any point before racing begins, near the restroom/Concession stand area

Results and awards:
- Qualifiers to Regional Meet: The top three teams and the top 10 individuals shall qualify from district to the regional meet. An individual qualifier may also be a team member of one of the qualifying teams.
- Awards: Top 10 individuals in each division will get a medal, and top team in each division will get a trophy/plaque.
- Awards Ceremony: Upon the completion of all races, there will be an awards presentation at the concession stand area, near the finish line area.
