Texas State Invitational 2009

CJ opened his college career with a first place finish at the Texas State Invitational in San Marcos while Nicole opened her season with a victory over a strong field at the Baylor Twilight Meet in Waco. Also earning Running of the Week honors were Division II Runners Shawn Weidner and Sydnee Cole and Division III runners Tami Warner and Jeff Chandler.

The Angelo State cross country season got underway Saturday morning as both the Rams and Rambelles placed third at the Texas State Invitational.
