Meet Information
When: Monday, September 30th, 2024
Where: Prosper High School 301 Eagle Drive Prosper, TX 75078
Check in: 4:15-4:45pm
Entries/Results: Entries are due in TX Milesplit by 12:00pm on Friday, September 27th .Registration in TX MileSplit opens September 16th @ 8am. A timing service will be used to facilitate the meet. A timing coordinator with electronic equipment will provide bibs with chips already in envelopes for each team along with pins.PLEASE RETURN UNUSED BIBS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE FIRST RACE! Communication regarding meet flyers and results will all be online.
Meet Entry:
Entries are due by Friday September 27th. Athlete Registration on Mile Split will not be changed after the cut off. Maximum 20 entries per division.
Meet Schedule: We will move to a rolling schedule if we fall behind, but will not run ahead of schedule. Box assignments will be in your coaches packet. All divisions are 2 miles.
5:00pm- 7th Grade Girls
5:30pm- 7th Grade Boys
6:00pm- 8th Grade Girls
6:30pm- 8th Grade Boys
Awards: Awards for the top 10 finishers in each division. 1-3 medals, 4-10 ribbons.
Team Champion Trophy to 1st place Girls and 1st Place Boys in each division.
Notes: Please keep your athletes off the soccer fields. Course will be closed at 4:50pm. Team camps may be set up south of the baseball field as indicated on the map.NO TEAM CAMPS ON THE GRASS PRACTICE FIELDS. **No running alongside runners
**PLEASE NOTE- AT 25 minutes a siren will sound to signal that any athlete still running will exit the course, so we can reset and begin the next race. Please make sure you communicate with your runners before Monday.
