Course: Mostly flat on grass with a short part across concrete. 2025 will have an updated course slightly different from 2024.

General Information
This is a MIDDLE SCHOOL MEET ONLY. If you are not a middle school coach, please pass this along to your MS coaches. Timing will be done manually using RaceTab with a backup video recording finishers during all races. Accuracy with the kids' times is our main priority, which I guarantee will be done efficiently. We will use RaceTab for results, posted ASAP after the races. Official results will be emailed out no later than the same evening/night of the races. DO NOT REGISTER YOUR ATHLETES HERE ON MILESPLIT. I will send out a spreadsheet in the summer for registration.
Time & Race Order
- 8:00 a.m. - 7th Girls (2 miles) 10 runners max per team
- 8:30 a.m. - 7th Boys (2 miles) 10 runners max per team
- 9:00 a.m. - 8th Girls (2 miles) 10 runners max per team
- 9:30 a.m. - 8th Boys (2 miles) 10 runners max per team
- 10:00 a.m. - Open Race (2 miles) All other runners
Entry Fee
- $50 - Girls
- $50 - Boys
- $100 - Total per school
- ***10 Runner limit per division. We will have 4 separate races and an Open Race.***

Awards
- Top team in each division will receive a plaque.
- Top 15 in each division will receive a medal.
