Dear Coaches:
Thank you for accepting our invitation to the TCA Eagle Meet. The meet will be held February 19th, the entry fee for the meet will be $200 for each team per gender (v/jv boys; v/jv girls). $400 for combined teams. For teams under 10 athletes, we will charge $20 per athlete. The meet will be limited to 7 teams. ENTRIES- All entries will be done online through MileSplit. There will be no additional entries the day of the meet. You will be able to scratch or change the name of the athlete participating at the scratch meeting. All entries must be entered by February 17th by 7:00 pm through MileSplit link.We are a small school with limited staff. We will need assistance from all coaches to run the events. Events will be assigned the day of the meet.
Coaches and athletes only will be allowed on the infield or the competition areas. Spectators are to remain in the spectator areas.
Scratch Meeting - The scratch meeting will be held in the field house locker room at 2:30 pm. Opening heights will be set at this meeting.
Field Events - Field events will start at 3:00 pm. Please make sure that each participant checks in to his/her event at the appropriate times. The height events will start promptly and the bar will not be lowered. Distance events can be completed anytime. Each athlete will get 3 throws/jumps.
Running Events - The 4 x 100 Meter Relay will begin no later than 5:00 pm.
Timing: FAT will be provided. Coaches run events
Awards: No awards
A hospitality room will be provided for coaching staff.

Immediately following the field events (no later than 5:00 pm), running events begin. All running events will be run in the following order: JV Girls, Varsity Girls, JV Boys, Varsity Boys.
