WHERE: Pieper Ranch Middle School (1106 Kinder Ranch PKWY)
AWARDS: Given to individuals finishing top three in their division:
VB, VG, JVG, JVB
** Awards given at the finish line**
COURSE- 1.5 miles fields and trails (rolling hills, dirt, and grass)
SCHEDULE: Varsity Boys - 7:30am Varsity Girls- 7:40am
JV Boys -8:35 JV Girls -8:50
*** This will be a rolling schedule. Varsity girls will start once the last varsity boy crosses the finish line. JV boys and Girls will run at the same time***
VARSITY TEAM: 12 Runners Max- (up to 6 teams of 2 to 4 runners)
JV TEAMS: Unlimited Teams of 2-4 runners
FORMAT: Runners can be placed on a team in 3 different ways. Regardless of how you scramble your runners the first team across the finish line wins:
HOW CAN I SCRAMBLE MY TEAM: Teams are made up of 2 to 4 runners. You have 3 choices a. 4 Runners each running 1.5miles = 6miles b. 3 Runners with 2 runners running 1.5 miles each & 1 running 2x1.5 miles (either 2 legs in a row or separated) c. 2 Runners with each running 2 legs in any order
TIMING: Hill Country Timing, LLC
*Due to the complexity of running off an event like this only the overall team finish times will be given, runners or coaches are responsible for individual runner's times.
COST: $200 per division (JVG, JVB, VG, VB)- max 550 per school
