Devin Clark felt like she learned a lot from her experience at Pre Classic where she did all of the pace setting in the first 3 laps of this race, and was confident leading into the Mile at Brooks PR. She played a more tactical game, sitting comfortably in the pack. But the pace went out fairly slow in the early laps, and once the fireworks went off in the last lap, Clark was able to finish through in 4th.
