Five Takeaways From Carl Lewis & Arkansas Invitationals!

Bradon Taylor & Kaylor Harris Own The 60m Dash!

One name in the boys 60m dash and that's Brandon Taylor. This Clear Brook senior has been tearing up the track since he stepped on it at the Texas A&M Classic. The University of Miami commit tied the U.S. #1 mark of 6.90 at A&M, and went on to lower it this weekend at Carl Lewis. Taylor now stands alone atop the 60m dash rankings with a time of 6.78. Taylor also says he's not finished yet, he's hungry for more (tweet above)! Taylor also earned male athlete of the meet at the Carl Lewis Invite! Kaylor Harris dominated the competition and nation in the 60m dash at the Arkansas invite on Saturday. The Mesquite Horn junior ran a U.S. #1 time of 7.48. She was followed closely by fellow Texans Tonea Marshall (7.55 U.S. #4), Kira White (7.59 U.S. #8), and Daja Gordon (7.61 U.S. #10) for the Texas 1-4 sweep!
