#1

Year: Sophomore, Class of 2020

School: McKinney North High School

Analysis: As consistent and versatile as they come, Culbreath is very dominant. For consistency and dominance, Culbreath won every cross country meet that she ran in last season except for Nike Nationals, in which she placed 12th. Those wins included big time wins against some of the top talent in the state of Texas. As a freshman, she was able to win district, regional, and a state title before going on to win the NXN South Regional title. As for versatility, she was one of the fastest girls in the state in the 800m - 3200m including winning two track state titles, not to mention a UIL 5A 3200m state record. With a 16:48.59 PR from McNeil last year, her fastest 5K was a 17:06.72 run at the UIL 5A State Championships.

Culbreath has yet to compete this season, but under the direction of Coach Richards, Culbreath can only expect to improve on her performances from last year.
