The Kaufman cross country program is looking and feeling good. Both the girls and boys teams qualified for the state meet and with just one meet remaining, they'll both get the opportunity to challenge for a state championship.
The Kaufman girls made the podium at last year's UIL 4A state meet with their third place finish. The boys just missed out on qualifying for state, but after their Region 2-4A title, they corrected last year's mishap.
