He consistently jumped 47 feet indoors until he popped a 50 footer at the FasTrak Coach O Youth & High School Indoor Challenge. He was consistent in the outdoor season as well dropping 49 feet jumps left and right.
At Region 3-6A, he hop, skipped, and jumped a 50-9 PR to earn his first trip the the state meet. In Austin, he turned things up another notch to win with more PRs of 50-10.50 (-0.1), 51-7.25 (+1.0), and 51-8.75 (0.0)
Olukosi jumped to the US No. 1 ranking.
