6. Tony Brown Hurdles his way to the record books
Tony Brown had a record breaking performance at the State Meet running a super fast 13.40. He broke the record who was held by Brandon Tucker from Lewisville who ran a 13.44 in 2008 and went on to be a good hurdler for the Red Raiders at Texas Tech. At the state meet Tony also ran an impressive 10.53 to place 2nd in the 100, He also anchored the Beaumont Ozen 4x1 that placed 5th in 40.98. Tony went on to win the USA Junior Outdoor Track and Field Championship.
