I am very excited about this showdown. Efrain Hernandez has the fastest time of the regionals. He ran a 1:53.06 to win his Region. Robert Ford has been stellar all year having a season best time of 1:52.14. Robert placed third in this race last year. Myles Marshall ran a 1:51.53 to his credit as a PR and is the defending state champion. I can't leave out Derek Gutierrez from Keller who ran a 1:53.91 this year.
