Watch: 10.24 100m By Raleigh Texada

Yesterday at the Carrollton Trojan Relays, Frisco Centennial's Raleigh Texada ran a 10.24 in the 100m. Initially reported over social media as a sub-10s 100m, the official results have the Baylor commit's time at 10.00. The hand timed mark then converts to a 10.24.

The time is also not wind legal since the meet did not have a wind gauge. If it had, the mark still would likely not have been wind legal, as you can also see by the flags in the top left corner of the video.

Regardless, it's still a solid time from Texada as he makes a big early season statement as one of the many elite sprinters to watch from Texas in 2016. His mark is the fastest all conditions time in the country, but wont be in the official national or state rankings because of the lack of wind data/FAT timing.
