With almost three weeks after many state's championships meets until NXR South, it is almost time to run! The South Region is made up of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas and only Louisiana who just competed their state meet on Monday won't be rested.
Since 2020, the South Region has been as competitive all around from each state and the 2024 races will continue that trend.
Here are the predictions from Texas editor's opinion about who will advance to NXN.
