Speed was everywhere today at the Texas Southern Relays Friday addition. Two of the premier races were the girls 300H and Boys 400m Prelims. In the girls 300H some of the states best went head to head. Christina Holland (Converse Judson) and Donique' Flemings (Saginaw). Holland took the victory but they will probably battle again in Austin.

The other highlight race was the boys 400m. Two of the best in Texas will go at it on Saturday. Errol Nolan (Lamar) and Xavier Boyd (Klein) both easily won their head running 48.36 and 48.65 respectively.
