This past weekend was a tough week. Several meets through out the state were cancelled due to stormy conditions and the ones that did run did it in unfavorable conditions. Many field events were also cancelled. However, the show must go on and it is time again to choose the Performers of the Week?
First, let's give props to last week's poll winners. Destini Jeter of Wylie East (Poll Results) won the girls poll for her 44.37 300H performance. On the boy's side, the El Paso Hanks miler Michael Abeyta (Poll Results) won the boys poll for his 4:21.34 time in the 1600m
