Adnow had a good 2017 cross country season as he ran a 15:40.74 PR, which qualified him for his second straight UIL 5A state meet. He ran to a 16th place finish in the blitzing fast race.
This year, he has hopes to crack the top ten and get on the awards stand.
He didn't have a track season, so it is unknown what effects it will have on this cross season.
