The time is here for the 2019 UIL preseason team rankings. Meets have begun and we will soon find out what fitness levels teams are in.
For now, all we can go on is last year's results and data showing who returns who on their teams. Minus transfers, freshmen, and other new runners, the picture can be accounted for barring huge developments over the off season.
