Brenna Zerby - Allen
Zerby has proven that she is one of Texas' top rising distance runners. Dating back to her freshman year, she has been able to qualify for the UIL 6A state cross country championships each year. She finished second at the 2019 UIL Region 2 XC Championships only behind the eventual UIL 6A state champion then on to finishing 24th at the Team Cross Country Championship South Region.
She didn't get things really ramped up this past track season, but her 5:06.98 and 10:50.36 are telling signs that she can definitely compete with anyone.
Now an upperclassman, we should see Zerby take things to another level.
