Denton Guyer advanced the most girls to the state meet than they have in quiet some time. With a high jumper, quarter-miler, distance runner, and a relay, this meet could be the best finish the school has ever had. However, there is more on their hearts and mind than the typical athlete.
Their teammate Dylan Dorrell passed away over the summer after cross country practice and now the Dorrell family is motivated to educate and inform about heart failure and his teammates are doing their part to keep his memory alive and run for him.
