The Dallas - Fort Worth area could be the deepest distance running area of the state this year on both the girl's and boy's side of running this upcoming cross country season.
There are several team and individual state champions returning for 2021 that could have impacts on everyone else's seasons as well as their own.
Individually, the region should be stacked with eight girls returning with sub 18:00 5K performances. UIL 5A and UIL 6A top 10 medalists are all up and down the list of returners.
