The national level event specifically structured for smaller schools will be set in Lubbock, Texas at Lubbock Christian University this upcoming Saturday.
However, before it can be all set and ready to go, the start lists have to be set and that will begin after registration closes, which is in just a few hours. Registration for the event officially closes at 12:00 p.m. CST.
Some of the best teams and athletes across the country are already set to compete including some of Texas' best.
The Lubbock course was once a golf course that has been transitioned into a first class cross country course. With large running lanes, smooth surfaces, a large starting line, and a finish line that is a permanent specifically developed structure for the sport.
If you attend one of the smaller class schools or a school with an enrollment of less than 1,000 students, take advantage of the time remaining and register for the Small Schools XC Nationals.
