The Texas distance boys are back on fire in the 1,600m event and more. The Lone Star boys are throwing down from all points of Texas as well as every conference (SPC, TAPPS, and UIL). This year has literally been an all hands on deck and a week by week watch on who would run fast next.
With Riley, Galdino, Walker St. John, and Mora, we already have four boys who have run 4:10 and faster. Granados leads a strong contingent of 12 boys are already running in the 4:11 - 4:15 range. Not only are the guys excelling in the 1,600m, they are also running well in the 800m, and the 3,200m distances.
