Greg Christensen's passion for Cross Country and Track & Field runs deep in his family roots, including siblings who also excelled at the collegiate level.
Christensen not only coached at Dallas Highland Park, but also began the program at Lucas Lovejoy, and much of its current success can be traced directly to the philosophies he installed.
Retired from coaching, Christensen is still active in track & field as an announcer alongside former Dallas Highland Park coach Randy Adair; together, they are a dynamic duo behind the mic at many meets at the University of Arkansas.
On June 10, 2022, Greg Christensen will be inducted into the Cross Country Coaches Association of Texas Hall of Fame.
