Houston St. Agnes Academy's Faith Mitchell won three straight shot put titles and two straight discus titles. If it weren't for the pandemic, she may have claimed more state titles. Nonetheless, she leaves St. Agnes as one of TAPPS' All-Time great throwers.
With PRs of 48-03.50 in the shot put and 139-09 in the discus, Mitchell hopes to put 50+ by indoors and 150-160 in the disc come outdoors. An integral part of four of St. Agnes' six consecutive state titles, Mitchell knows what it takes to win as a team. It's this quality that she'll bring to Texas Tech.
