2022 XC Preseason Articles

The Houston metropolitan area is always one of the hotbeds of distance runners in the state of Texas; this year, that should continue. Some of the top programs hail from this area and with new schools popping up every year or two, the scene continues to evolve.

In this article, we focus on the individual aspect. We looked at the stats from the 2021 cross country season along with the 2022 track and field marks to make a subjective forecasts.
