This season, the Rio Grande Valley Cross Country Coaches Association (RGVCCCA) will vote on the top teams in the area and submit a weekly poll for the teams.
Many of the teams have already and will continue to compete against one another. The polls are regardless of classification. Later on in the season, the RGVCCCA Meet of Champions will culminate and crown the individual and team champions prior to the district championships beginning the championship season run.
