The La Feria boys have been ranked No. 6 in the latests two consecutive CCCAT team polls for the UIL 4A classification.
Coach Zuvieta attributes that to the hard working culture the team has generated. This year's squad consists of three freshmen and the rest upperclassmen to make up their top eight runners.
Becoming the best team in the Valley is one of the team goals, but so is winning district, running well enough at regionals, and making it to the state meet.
