Sierra Sanchez won the girls Performer of the Week a couple of weeks ago. We are keeping up with our attempts to interview every POW winner and are grateful for Sanchez' time.

The Canyon Randall senior has seen a lot in her three plus years in high school. She admits to getting accustomed to the leading role this season has thrust upon her. Her upperclassman leadership is helping to guide Ranall to the CCCAT Coaches Poll No. 2 ranking as of yesterday.

She explains her mindset as well as that of her team as they prepare for a championship season run and their goal to a podium finish at the UIL state meet.
