Lindale's Colter Maya Eyes 4A 400m State Title After 47.12

Colter Maya finished runner-up at the 2022 UIL 4A Track and Field State Championships

Lindale sophomore Colter Maya had a successful UIL 4A state meet as a freshman. He ran a 48.57, which was a personal best at the time and finished runner-up. Now the East Texas star looks like he is ready to make a push for the state title.

At the 2023 UIL Area 4A 15-16 Track & Field Championships, he ran 47.12 for a new personal best by over a second to lower his 48.19 run last month.
