2025 UIL 3A Girls 100m
The only question coming into the 3A Girls 100m was could Taylor Nunez (Randolph) win her fourth straight State title? The answer was a resounding yes!
Nunez was not the first out of the blocks, but she quickly took control of the race and won in 11.22, the fastest State title performance of her career. It was the 14th State title of her career, tying for the most in UIL history.
Ella Klyn (Henrietta) and Emory Sims (Crockett) each got off to good starts but were swallowed up by Starrmia Dixon (New Diana) and Keiyanah Lee (Goliad) who took the remaining spots on the podium. Dixon was also the runner-up to Nunez in the long jump earlier in the day.
