| 200m-Devin Carter went out to an early lead as he went through 200 at 26.2 followed by the other 7 runners closely bunched behind. 400m-Devin continued to lead as he went through 400m at 56.14 followed closely by Chris Jones and Stacey Fuller. A few strides behind was Blake Shaw and Jay Wilson. 600m- Chris Jones makes his move on the backstretch between 550 and 600m and pulls even with Devin by the 600m mark at 1:26.18. Blake Shaw was a solid third with Jay Wilson moving out to lane 2 to pass Stacey Fuller for 4th, 800m- Chris Jones closes in 26.15 unchallenged for the victory. Blake Shaw used a good closing 60m to catch and pass Devin Carter. Jay Wilson closes hard the last 10m to pass Devin and gets tripped up in the process and takes a nasty spill.

| 200m-Brittany Green to out to a great start and led at 200m (29.1) followed by Victoria Walker right on her with the rest of the group a couple of strides behind led by Bianca LeBlanc. 400m- The 400m split (63.1) was much the same with Brittany leading and Victoria and Bianca right on her with the second group a couple of steps behind led by Faith Barlow. 600m- (1:36.3) This split had Brittany and Victoria shoulder to shoulder with Brittany in the inside lane. Bianca fell of the pace and was 15m back in 3rd. 800m- Victoria pulled away in the final stretch for the victory followed by Brittany. Bianca fought off Julie Amthor for 3rd all the way to about 10m from the finish line where she collapsed and could not finish. |
