FULL MEET INFORMATION
Dear Coach,
I would like to invite your teams to compete in the Battlin Badger Cross Country meet on Friday, October 6, 2017. The races will be run on the grounds of the Lampasas High School facility. The high school meet will be in the morning starting at 8:30 and the middle school meet will be in the afternoon starting at 3:30. Please respond back to this invitation by September 12th if you would like to attend.
Awards: Team plaques for the winner of each division.
Medals for the top 15 finishers in each division.
Entry fees:
Varsity teams: $100 per team ($15 per individual if fewer than 5 entries/team)
JV teams: $100 per team ($15 per individual if fewer than 5 entries/team)
Middle School teams: $75 per team ($15 per individual if fewer than 5 entries/ team)
Timing: Pro-fit Event Services LLC
Schedule: First race of HS and MS meet will start on time. There will be a rolling start after that.

8:30 1A-4A V Girls Limit 10 entries
9:00 1A-4A V Boys Limit 10 entries
9:30 5A-6A V Girls Limit 10 entries
10:00 5A-6A V Boys Limit 10 entries
10:30 1A-4A JV Girls unlimited
11:00 *5A-6A JV Girls unlimited
11:30 1A-4A JV Boys unlimited
12:00 5A-6A JV Boys unlimited
Middle School Times:
3:30 7 th grade girls unlimited
4:00 7 th grade boys unlimited
4:30 8 tH grade girls unlimited
5:00 8 th grade boys unlimited
Concessions: There will be a concession stand and a sno-cone truck available
Response: You may send me the response form filled out or simply email me, letting me know you are planning on coming with however many teams you are bringing by Sept. 15th
Entries/Registration: For those schools that have indicated they are coming, I will email links to a google form around the beginning of September for you to register your teams. Entry deadline will be Monday October 2nd .
