Howdy Cross Country Coaches,
I hope everyone is doing well!! It's that time of year again and I want to invite your team to our "21st Annual Patriots Cross Country Invitational" on Saturday, September 2nd. (NE San Antonio). Same schedule and FAST FLAT COURSE!! Fan friendly, Music, large open grass, and dirt course as previous years.
- URGENT: We have changed our name and we are now the San Antonio Patriots (previous FEAST). PLEASE GIVE YOUR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE DEPARTMENT THE NEW W-9 ASAP that is required to issue a check. (See attachment) We also have a new mailing address that is listed on the W-9 and Patriots 21st Annual CC Invitational Flyer. (SEE ATTACHMENT FOR MEET FLYER)
- Save your Spot Today!! Please RSVP if you plan to attend. Send school name, coach name, phone, and estimated divisions running, HS and MS.
- Last year we had over 155 teams/3600 runners. Register your team asap!! You can enter your runners later as we get closer to race day.
- We might need to put a cap on the number of teams this year to limit the number of runners in each division to prevent overcrowding.
- Please note this will be our only meet to host this season.

IMPROVEMENTS THIS YEAR: Water at the finish line, Water at the finish line, More Porta Potties and Larger First Aid Tent.
