The Smithson Valley freshmen has run on the varsity squad all year. He's consistently run 17:17 or faster for 5K. The only race he didn't was at NXN South where conditions slowed everyones times. His highest 5K finish was 11th at the 6A District 25 meet, he then went on to place 14th in Region 4. At State he finished 37th to help Smithson Valley place place 6th.
