De La Rosa is competing against some good competition, but she has a way of making things look too easy. Having collected her fourth straight win, she is patiently waiting for her opportunity to run fast.
Mid to low 18s is where she consistently runs with wins that are about 20-30 seconds ahead of the next runner. Her aggressive running style will enable her to compete with almost any competitor at the beginning of any race, from there, De La Rosa just wants a chance to compete and show she is one of the best in the state.
