There have only been a few indoor meets which Texas athletes have competed in so far this year, but several have already jumped onto the national leader boards. It's exciting to think even though many athletes haven't started racing yet some have already run the top times in the U.S. It's already setting up to be a big indoor season and an even bigger outdoor season!

USATF Galleria Game

Many runners from the North Texas Jack Rabbits traveled to Alabama last weekend to run at the Galleria Games in Birmingham, AL. Some of the groups best performances include Jaevin Reed and Sadi Giles. Both girls placed second in the 200m dash, Giles in the 15-16 age group, and Reed in the 17-18 age group. Reed's time of 25.27 ranks her U.S. #6 while Giles 25.69 ranks her U.S. #11. The winner of the 17-18 division was Cassondra Hall, her time of 24.67 ranks U.S. #1.
