Cole Lindhorst
The Katy Tompkins junior distance runner proved last year that he is a track guy. Although his last two cross country seasons have both led to the state meet, it was the track that he really became well known for his running prowess.
This indoor season, Lindhorst is right back at. He ran a fast 2 Mile at the Texas A&M High School Indoor Classic with his outstanding runner-up race to Alex Maier. That race was a PR 9:24.25 and still stands as the 15th best time nationally. Lindhorst followed that up a week later with a 4:15.15 1 Mile at the Arkansas High School Invitational. That time has him as the top Texas and ranked #5 nationally in the event.
