3A Girls
The 3A girls 4x100 relay was another outstanding display of relay running in the state of Texas. East Bernard had completely DOMINATED Region 3-3A. They looked to seal the deal in this race, but the Atlanta anchor had other intentions. She actually got the handoff before the East Bernard anchor, but was just behind in the zone. She used that advantage to drive and accelerate down the home stretch to the win in 48.26 followed by East Bernard in 48.34 and Slaton in 48.54.
3A Boys
Crockett blazed the back stretch and didn't let up from there. They finished with a 41.68 and were joined on the award stand by Dallas Life Oak Cliff 42.26 and Jefferson 43.27.
