The juniors and seniors were looking to have big seasons this track season. The Brynn Brown, Heidi Nielson, Bailey Goggans and the Ryan Schoppe, Victor Zuniga, and Judson Greers of the world were hoping to tear up 2020 and they were.
However, the short season also belonged to the young crop of runners in Texas. Last year's freshmen girls were very good and they were preparing to follow that up with Natalie Cook, Aubrey O'Connell, Cassidy Graham, and Breanna Stuart all making it to the state track meet in the distance events.
