Chachi is another one of the defending state champs' returners who will be counted on for a repeat. The junior finished 16th at the state meet last year as their number three runner. She should move up to a top two spot and possibly the number one.
Gonzales' track season was phenomenal. Although it was cut short due to COVID-19, she got the most out of it before it was by running 2:10.04 and 4:55.59. A 18:21.59 was her PR last year, but she could blow that out of the water this upcoming season.
