MileSplit TX 2021 SPC Girls All-State Cross Country Teams

7 Victoria Livingstone (Houston Kinkaid)

The Houston Kinkaid sophomore was very competitive this year. Although she finished 11th at state, her highlights were at the Hoka One/McNeil Inv. where she finished 22nd in 18:34.90 and she won the South Zone meet prior to state.



6 Elle Garcia (Austin St. Andrews)

The St. Andrews Episcopal senior had an impressive season, where she was most impressive towards the end. She was second at the St. John's Maverick Ramble in 19:38 and then fifth at the state meet in a 19:12.10 PR.



5 Jordan Lacsamana (Hockaday) 

In only her first high school cross country season, Lacsamana was impressive and proved to be a competitive runner. She had top finishes all season long including her third place finish at SPC North Zone and fourth at state. Finished with a 19:06.40 PR on the season.



4 Sydney Knodel (Dallas Episcopal)

The Dallas Episcopal senior started the year off strong with a 24th place finish in the Garmin MileSplit TX XC Inv. elite girls race. She maintained top finishes all season long with impressive races including at the Jesuit XC Classic where she was sixth in a 18:37.20 PR. Knode finished the season with a runner-up finish at SPC North Zone Meet and then sixth at state meet.



3 Madison Morgan (Houston Episcopal)

The Houston Episcopal freshman was a big meet performer this year. She ran well all season long, but when it counted is when she came up the biggest. She won the Region III Preview, was 16th overall at the Hoka One/McNeil Inv, 15th at Chile Pepper, and then third at SPC state to rebound from being third at the SPC South Zone meet. She had four sub 19:00 performances this season.




2 Victoria Schmidt (Dallas Episcopal)

The Dallas Episcopal senior was second at the SPC state meet in 18:51. She started her season off with an impressive 15th overall performance at the Garmin MileSplit TX XC Inv. by going 18:34.80. She followed that up with impressive runs and top finishes at Paschal (1st), Flower Mound (2nd), and Jesuit XC Classic (5th), that was a 18:10.90 PR. In the home stretch of the season, she was fourth at the North Zone meet before getting back up for second at state.




1 Margaret Thompson (Hockaday)

The Hockaday sophomore won the SPC championships with an impressive 18:37 on a tough Norbuck Park course. While enjoying a very impressive season, she really got on a roll in the latter parts of the season. A top 10 finish at the Garmin MileSplit TX XC Inv. (7th place) going 17:44.10 for third at the Jesuit Classic, but then winning the SPC North Zone in 18:21 prior to the SPC state title.
