Banales is an athlete who can just about do it all and this indoor season she has been showing us just that.
On the track, she PRed in the 200m at 25.45 and 57.87 in the 400m, but it's the jumps where she is really making headway.
Banales has three jumps over 19-3 in the long jump and a 20-1.5 PR, and she also has three jumps over 38 feet topping out at 38-9.75.
The outdoor season is bright in the jumps and the multi events.
