Here are the top 4A teams to keep an eye on in this years regional race. Huffman-Hargrave is coming into this year's regional race first with a team average of 12:20.42, second seed team is state ranked number seven Salado they're coming in with a team average of 12:28.24, Giddings is coming in ranked third as a team with a team average of 12:41.18, the fourth seed in the region Lago Vista is coming in with a team average of 12:46.94, fifth seed team Burnet is coming in with a team average of 12:53.78, sixth seed team in the region is Hudson coming in with an average of 12:55.30, seventh seed La Grange is coming in with an average of 13:30.50, and the eighth seed team Caldwell coming in with a team average of 13:33.78.

Jetzibe Trevino a senior from Huffman-Hargrave is coming in super strong this season and is coming in with a huge target on her back, she is coming in with a personal best time of 11:16.21. 

Vania Martinez a sophomore from Gatesville may be a young buck but has just as just experience as the rest of the upperclassmen, she is coming in with a time of 11:38.50.

Coming in state ranked number two Giddings are coming in with a team average of 16:23.22, coming in second seed in the region is Hudson listed with a team average of 16:38.60, third seed team Marble Falls coming in with a team average of 16:38.84, the fourth seed team Huffman-Hargrave they are also state ranked number nine for 4A boys, they're coming in with a team average of 16:41.40, fifth seed team Salado has a team average of 16:45.18, sixth seed team Gatesville has a team average of 16:50.83, seventh seed team Burnet has a team average of 17:08.86.

 Hudson Bennet an unsigned senior from Burnet has an elite resume to his name this season, he is coming in with lots of confidence running a time of 14:58.42. He is looking for a triple crown to his name in region 3. 

 Patrick Flowers a senior from Liberty has a personal best time of 15:28.10 ran at the 2022 La Porte Bulldog Invitational. 

Connor Graves a junior from Hudson has been leading his boys is stellar fashion, he is coming in with a time of 15:28.80. 

Victor Aviles a sophomore from Burnet is coming in with a personal best of 15:31.20

Carlo Martinez a senior from Gatesville has many wins to his name this year and has a personal best time of 15:31.73 ran at the 2022 Stephenville Thrill of the Hill Invitational.
